What You'll Do

As an Electrical Helper / Top Helper, you'll work alongside experienced electricians on commercial construction projects while gaining valuable hands-on experience.

  • Assist electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial electrical systems
  • Pull wire, install boxes, and assist with conduit installation and bending
  • Perform basic electrical terminations and connections under supervision
  • Support troubleshooting efforts and help implement safe, code-compliant solutions
  • Read and interpret basic blueprints, electrical drawings, and work instructions
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
  • Follow all company safety policies and industry standards
