S&W Electrical Contractors, Inc. is looking for Journeymen who meet the following requirements:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 4 Years + in the electrical field, Journeyman Class B License in Massachusetts, Valid Driver's License
  • Create and maintain a supportive job site environment.
  • Take the lead role in coordinating and initiating daily jobsite activities with a strict focus on keeping the end in mind.
  • Prioritization of opportunities to improve project execution by establishing and maintaining continuous improvement within your span of control.
  • Supervise, track, and take overall responsibility of all electrical and systems related activity on site with the goal of meeting the job schedule within our budget.
  • Establish and maintain comradery amongst our team in the field.
  • Ensure effective communication and operational relationships with the field staff.
  • Responsible to establish direct, unambiguous, and clear communication with Project Manager. *

Typical Working Conditions:

  • Standing for long periods of time
  • Frequently working on ladders and/or scaffolds
