SCHEDULE: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 1st Shift (Flexible Start/End Times Between 7am to 6pm)

SALARY RANGE: $36,500 - $52,000, in accordance with experience

The Integral dx Parts Sales Specialist's primary responsibilities are to field customer calls, emails, assisting in parts selection process and cradle to grave order fulfilment. Providing product support knowledge to ensure accurate parts are selected, quoted, sold, packaged and shipped to the customer with correct paperwork. Liaison for intercompany transfers within the RITALKA Organizations. Regular communication with supply chain to ensure accurate stocking levels and lead time generation. Timely communication to internal and external customers.

What does the Parts Sales Specialist do at Integral dx?

  • Field communications from all modes of contact in support of parts sales
    • Phone, text, email, online inquires, standard mail, etc.
  • Creating and managing quotes
  • Creating and managing sales orders
  • Processing shipments, packing lists, BOLs, and customs paperwork
  • Filing and disseminating paperwork appropriately
  • Setting up new customer profiles
  • Requisitions transportation quotes from carriers
  • Contacts carriers or brokers to make arrangements and to issue delivery or offload instructions
  • Coordinates all facets of shipping & freight
  • Ability to understand and willingness to follow existing QC processes
  • MRP and documentation processing
  • Processing product returns
  • Processing warranty claims
  • Data analysis
  • Parts promotion marketing efforts

What are we looking for in a quality Parts Sales Specialist?

  • High school degree or GED, Associate's degree preferred
  • Computer skills and experience in Microsoft Suite
  • Experience using Online services, such as UPS.com for shipping, and navigating the internet for information or products
  • Professional email and phone etiquette with order taking skills
  • Critical thinking skills and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work within ambiguous situations
  • General knowledge of business-to-business buying/selling
  • Experience with shipping freight and with general product packaging
  • Ability to read, or learn to read, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics and bill of materials
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical status with engineering and management
  • Reliable transportation with the ability to travel between company locations on occasion
  • Able to sit at a desk for 8 hours/day
