Electrical Components International (ECI) is looking for a Processing Technician to join our team in Norristown, PA!

 Qualified candidates must have:

  • 1-3+ years of experience in injection molding.
  • 1-3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry/environment a plus.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills

About the Position: 

The Process Technician will be responsible for documenting mold change and machine adjustments for the Norristown, PA facility.  

 Duties Include:

  • Responsible for documenting mold change and machine adjustments including troubleshooting and equipment maintenance.
  • Makes effective technical decisions and communicates them to Engineering, Production, and management to support root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
  • Work with production personnel to ensure molded components meet requirements and adjust as needed.
  • Providing molded components in a timely manner to meet production schedules.
  • Knowledge or certified in Scientific molding and theory.
  • Generating documentation on mold runs for traceability and reproducibility.
  • Work with Quality and manufacturing departments to ensure the quality of production and products produced meet company standards.
  • Following established procedures to maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Ensure safe working practices are followed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Minimum of 1-3+ years’ experience in injection molding.
  • Minimum of 1-3+ years’ experience in manufacturing environment.
  • Previous experience in automotive environment a plus.
  • Must possess good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have good organizational skills.
  • A positive attitude is a must.
