Job description

Who We Are:
For over 35 years, ISC has provided safe, high quality electrical, instrumentation and controls solutions to global leading industrial manufacturers. With offices in Baton Rouge, Beaumont, Houston, Corpus Christi, and Columbus, as well as job sites around the country, ISC has grown our team as high as 3,500+ associates and offers full-service engineering, construction, and maintenance solutions throughout the United States.
The Position:
We are looking for positive, energetic foreman with a wide variety of abilities to complement our experienced workforce. Applicants should have the ability to:
  • Responsible for promptly reporting all injuries and incidents to the Supervisor.
  • Responsible for receiving permits from operations and communicating to all crew members.
  • Assists with preparing and auditing JSA's/HHA's with the crew.
  • Responsible for correcting, then reporting, any unacceptable behavior or actions by associates in the crew to the Supervisor.
  • Responsible for the requisition, storage, and upkeep of material inventory, ISC tools, and equipment.
  • Assists the Supervisor in preparing RFI's.

Requirements:
  • Ability to meet the cut score on the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) Skill Assessment.
  • Ability to pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug/alcohol test and applicable background checks.
  • Minimum of four (4) years in the Electrical or Instrumentation industry.
