Based in our Victoria, BC office, you'll work on projects that define tomorrow's buildings and infrastructure.

Your Impact
  • Develop and coordinate electrical system drawings using Revit and AutoCAD, ensuring precision and compliance with project standards.
  • Support design teams in creating power, lighting and communication systems for diverse building projects.
  • Utilize Bluebeam Revu for document review, design markups, collaboration, comment tracking, and coordination of drawing revisions.  
  • Maintain and manage project documentation using SharePoint, including document control, file organization, version management, and team collaboration
  • Maintain and manage BIM models throughout all project phases, ensuring integrity and consistency across disciplines.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other specialists to integrate building systems effectively.
  • Participate in model coordination and clash detection reviews to resolve design conflicts.
  • Assist with Revit family creation, template development, and standardization to enhance design efficiency.
  • Review models and drawings for accuracy and adherence to quality standards.

The Skills That Set You Apart
  • Diploma or certificate in Electrical Technology or Building Systems Design from an accredited institution.
  • 3+ years of experience in electrical drafting and design for building systems.
  • Proficiency in Revit (BIM model setup, family creation, coordination workflows), BIM360/ACC, and AutoCAD.
  • Understanding of lighting and power distribution layouts.
  • Familiarity with BIM execution plans and multidisciplinary model coordination.
  • Experience with Navisworks is an asset.

BC, AB, SK, NWT & NT: $66,700 - $88,400
MB & ON: $60,900 - $83,800
Atlantic Provinces & QC: $60,300 - $80,000
