Electrical Estimator - Multifamily / Multi-Unit Construction

📍 [Winder, GA] | Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Estimator with a strong background in multifamily and multi-unit residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate electrical estimates, reviewing project plans and specifications, coordinating vendor and subcontractor pricing, and supporting preconstruction efforts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed electrical estimates and takeoffs
• Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents
• Solicit and evaluate supplier and subcontractor pricing
• Assist with budgeting and value engineering
• Coordinate with project managers, field teams, and clients
• Maintain accurate estimating records and cost databases

Qualifications

• 3+ years of electrical estimating experience
• Multifamily or multi-unit project experience preferred
• Ability to read electrical plans and specifications
• Experience with Bluebeam, Procore estimating module, Sage estimating software, or similar estimating/on-screen takeoff programs
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of current NEC codes and ability to utilize codebook
