Job description

Uprite Construction is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to help lead project coordination, financial tracking, and team communication across multiple commercial construction projects. This role is ideal for someone ready to step into greater responsibility while working closely with Project Managers, field teams, and clients.

What You'll Do:
Support overall project management including schedule, budget, and quality coordination
Assist in managing subcontractor scopes, contracts, and performance tracking
Review and process RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Monitor project costs and assist with forecasting and financial reporting
Coordinate procurement efforts and long lead material tracking
Lead portions of project meetings and communicate action items
Maintain client communication and help ensure expectations are met
Support risk management by identifying potential issues early
Assist with project closeout, documentation, and final reporting

What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
Three to five years of commercial construction experience preferred
Strong understanding of construction processes and project lifecycle
Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with diverse teams
