Job Description Assistant Project Manager Location: Clearwater, FL 33762 Pay: $48,000-$52,000 annually Job Type: Contract Position Overview M Force Partners is seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager to support the successful execution of customer projects from kickoff through completion. This Assistant Project Manager role is responsible for coordinating project activities, managing schedules, communicating with customers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to customer expectations. The ideal Assistant Project Manager has experience managing projects in a fast-paced manufacturing, construction, retail, or service environment and enjoys building strong customer relationships while driving projects to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer projects Build strong customer relationships by providing proactive communication and exceptional service Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing projects from initiation through completion Develop project cost estimates and support project budgeting activities Solicit and evaluate bids from subcontractors and material suppliers Issue, monitor, and manage purchase orders for subcontractors and vendors Track project schedules, budgets, and milestones while providing regular status updates Identify project risks and communicate solutions to keep projects on schedule Coordinate with Estimating, Engineering, Production, Logistics, and other internal teams to ensure successful project execution Learn and implement customer brand standards and project requirements Maintain accurate project documentation and reports Participate in continuous improvement initiatives that enhance project execution and customer satisfaction Support additional project management responsibilities as assigned Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent experience Minimum of 3 years of project management or project coordination experience in a manufacturing, construction, retail, restaurant, or service environment Strong customer service and relationship management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook Ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team environment Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment Experience preparing project estimates and managing project budgets Experience working with subcontractors and vendors Knowledge of project scheduling and forecasting Experience using project management or ERP software Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives Job presented by M Force Partners M Force Partners is a specialized recruitment partner connecting top-tier talent with leading organizations.
