Job Title: Electrical Project Manager / Estimator
Location: Pacific, WA (Onsite)
Job Type: Full-time
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager / Estimator to join a growing team supporting commercial and light industrial projects across the Pacific Northwest. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment where they can both win work and successfully deliver it.
You will play a critical role in bidding, securing, and managing electrical projects from start to finish while collaborating closely with clients, field teams, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare accurate and competitive electrical estimates and bids
  • Manage projects from kickoff through closeout
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, and execution
  • Track costs, materials procurement, and forecasting
  • Solve job site challenges and keep projects on track

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of electrical estimating and project management experience
  • Proven ability to estimate projects between $1M-$10M
  • Strong electrical background in commercial or light industrial work
  • Experience with tools such as Procore, Accubid, Bluebeam, and Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
