Superintendent (Commercial) – Oakland, CA

Elite Executive Solutions is partnering with a leading electrical contractor to identify an experienced Commercial Superintendent to oversee field operations on large commercial electrical construction projects throughout the Bay Area.

This leadership opportunity is ideal for an experienced field professional who is passionate about safety, quality, team development, and delivering exceptional project outcomes.

A valid California Journeyman Electrician License is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all field operations for commercial electrical construction projects.
  • Supervise Foremen, electricians, apprentices, and subcontractors.
  • Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and project schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company standards.
  • Conduct daily planning meetings and coordinate with Project Managers.
  • Review drawings and ensure installations comply with project specifications.
