Electrical Apprentice: Advance Your Skills in Solar & Energy Storage

You’re an experienced electrical apprentice who takes pride in doing the job right. You’re detail-oriented, accurate, safety-minded, and comfortable working at a fast pace when priorities shift. You follow proven processes, respect the rules, and use facts and data to solve problems. You can work independently, but you’re also the teammate others can count on when the job gets busy. If you’re organized, consistent, analytical, and ready to get to work - not just talk about it - you’ll thrive here. Join a team where your electrical experience can grow into valuable skills in solar, battery storage, and clean energy.

Your day starts with a plan, your tools, and a job to get done. One day you’re on a rooftop running conduit, terminating wire, or troubleshooting an inverter. The next, you’re inside a mechanical room testing equipment, chasing down an electrical issue, or helping install a battery storage system. You’ll work alongside a licensed electrician, but you’ll also be expected to think independently, read drawings, follow the NEC, and make smart decisions when things don’t go exactly as planned. It’s fast-paced, hands-on work where accuracy and safety matter. You’ll stay organized, keep moving, solve problems, help your team, and leave each job knowing you got it done right.
