Job Summary
All Electric is seeking a dependable and motivated Licensed Apprentice Electrician to join our growing team in Wyoming. The ideal candidate will hold a current Wyoming Apprentice Electrician license and work under the supervision of licensed Journeyman and Master Electricians to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in oil and gas industry settings. This position offers opportunities to expand technical skills, gain valuable field experience, and advance within the electrical trade.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of oil and gas industry facilities
  • Install electrical wiring, conduit, panels, lighting, outlets, switches, and other electrical components.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and construction drawings.
  • Pull wire, bend and install conduit, and perform electrical terminations.
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues under the direction of a licensed electrician.
  • Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC), local codes, and company standards.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
  • Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and job-site equipment.
  • Load, unload, and organize materials and supplies.
  • Communicate professionally with team members, supervisors, contractors, and customers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Current Apprentice Electrician license in good standing in the state of Wyoming
  • 2nd - 3rd year or higher Apprentice Level preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Candidates local to the Casper/Gilette, WY area and available for work immediately are highly preferred
  • Previous electrical construction or service experience, Industrial Oilfield background highly preferred
  • Basic understanding of electrical systems, tools, and safety procedures.
  • Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various indoor and outdoor conditions.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
