A leading Irvine law firm is seeking an experienced insurance defense attorney to add to their rock-star legal team.This law firm is committed to providing outstanding results and service to their communities across southern California. The ideal candidate will handle general liability cases including, commercial, and umbrella policies, involving catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, HOA, in a team-oriented atmosphere.
Qualifications
  • JD from an accredited law school
  • Admitted to practice in the State of California
  • 1-7 years experience in civil litigation
  • Superior analytical skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Deposition and law and motion experience
Prior insurance defense experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
  • Handling cases from preparing responsive pleadings to trial
