What is an electric project manager?

An Electric Project Manager is a professional responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing electrical projects from start to finish. They ensure that projects meet technical specifications, safety standards, budgets, and deadlines. Their duties often include managing teams of electricians, communicating with clients, procuring materials, and resolving any issues that arise during the project.
