As a Cashier at Wingstop, you are responsible for delivering fast, friendly, and excellent customer service during the order taking process, whether by phone or in person. - Monitor that all orders are ready within quoted guest order readiness times.
- Verify the accuracy and presentation of all guest orders before delivery to guests to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction.
- Strong cash handling skills to accurately process cash, credit card and gift card transactions and balance of register at end of shift.
- Assist in maintaining a clean workplace; keep Front of House (FOH) clean and stocked; including restrooms. Restocking products during periods of downtime or as directed.
- Practice safe food handling procedures by following all safety and sanitation guidelines; promote safety in the workplace.
- Maintain a professional and presentable appearance according to the company's Uniform Standards
- Receive and handle complaints from guests and guide the manager on duty if a problem requires escalation.
- Leave guests with a long-lasting and positive impression of their WINGSTOP experience.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to learn quickly
