  Advertised Salary: $13.73-$13.99   Summary of Position: Provide phone, chat, and email technical support to Canvas users, including faculty and students. Assist eLearning staff with special projects.   Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Greet people entering the eLearning suite.

Assist visitors in locating offices.

Provide technical support for Canvas and Zoom users.

Guide users on common tasks in Canvas and Zoom.

Answer calls and resolve technical issues.

Direct calls to the appropriate staff or departments.

Respond to emails in the eLearning account.

Create and update technical support documentation.

Use Microsoft 365 tools and learn new technologies quickly.

Provide training support to eLearning staff.

Handle special projects as needed.
