$1,439.90 - $2,000 a week + Full Benefits

Pansy Homecare is a dementia-focused agency hiring highly qualified, dedicated Live-In Caregivers for clients in the Hartford County and New Haven County areas. We are seeking experienced professionals who are comfortable with the commitment of a live-in placement and specialize in providing compassionate, structured dementia care.

Live-In Caregiver Pay & Benefits

  • Pay: $1,439.90 - $2,000 a week

  • Early Wage Access: Tap Check—up to $200/day, max $500/week (early wage access)

  • Holidays: Double pay

  • Day One Benefits: Aflac (vision, dental, and short-term disability), badge, and uniform

  • After 60 Days: Health insurance (including vision and dental) and 401K Management

  • Bonuses/Incentives: Employee Referral Bonus ($150), Caregiver of the Month ($50 monthly), and random above-and-beyond incentives

Live-In Caregiver Responsibilities

  • Provide continuous, hands-on personal care (bathing, toileting, feeding assistance).

  • Offer specialized, round-the-clock dementia-focused care and behavior support.

  • Maintain a respectful and calm environment and follow a detailed care plan.

Live-In Caregiver Requirements

  • Experience: Must have at least 5 years of caregiving experience overall.

  • Dementia Care: Minimum of 2 years of experience specifically with dementia clients.

  • Commitment: Must be available for extended, long-term live-in placements.

  • Compliance: Must be willing to consent to a background check and drug screen.
