Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to administer, support, and optimize Redis, Elasticsearch, Kafka, and Linux-based platforms in enterprise environments. The role involves platform administration, production support, performance tuning, automation, and ensuring high availability of critical systems.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and support Redis (Standalone, Sentinel, Cluster) and Elasticsearch clusters.
Manage Kafka brokers, topics, partitions, consumer groups, and replication.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize platform performance, availability, and scalability.
Perform installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, backup, and disaster recovery activities.
Administer Linux servers (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu), including system tuning and security hardening.
Automate operational tasks using Shell/Python scripting and infrastructure tools.
Support incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and on-call production support.
Collaborate with application, DevOps, and infrastructure teams.
