DESCRIPTION
Greets customers, takes orders at the counter, processes payments, and sends orders to the kitchen. Ensures a friendly experience and clear communication of each order. Oversees daily operations, supervises staff, ensures quality and service standards, handles customer concerns, and keeps the team running efficiently during shifts. Supports the General Manager with daily operations, supervises the front-of-house team, assists with cash handling and reporting, and helps ensure excellent customer service and smooth workflow.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to listen, understand, and respond to team member and guest requests in a loud environment.
  • Must be able to work well as part of a team.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
