Einstein Bros. Bagels is hiring Team Members who are ready to jump into all aspects of café operations. This is a fully cross-trained role - every team member will rotate through all duties, from food prep and barista tasks to guest service and shift support. If you enjoy variety, teamwork, and a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect fit.
What You’ll Do:
As an Einstein Team Member, you’ll be trained to perform all café responsibilities, including:
  • Preparing and assembling breakfast and lunch menu items.
  • Crafting coffee and espresso drinks to order.
  • Assisting guests with orders and providing friendly, efficient service.
  • Operating the register and handling transactions accurately.
  • Restocking supplies and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
  • Supporting opening and closing procedures and daily operations.
