Job Description

Global retailer is looking for a permanent Manager of EIM to join their team. The Manager of EIM will have a large team of direct reports and  will be responsible for technologies such as, but not limited to:  reporting, data warehousing, information architecture, SAP Business Warehouse, SAP Business Objects, systems integration, ETL, SAP Data Services, data conversion and master data management.

The Manager of EIM is expected to have a broad base of business knowledge across the Enterprise.  He or she will use this knowledge to help define KPI's and ensure that business requirements are both well-defined and ultimately satisfied by the team.  The EIM Manager must be able to adapt to a constantly changing business environment and must be flexible with respect to ever-changing priorities.  He or she will also be an influential champion and spokesperson for EIM in general and will develop, continuously refine, and own the overall EIM strategy.  He or she must use strong project management fundamentals to ensure that all work products are delivered within budget, on time, and with full scope, quality assurance, and risk mitigation.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field preferred.
  • At least 5 years IT experience working in product manufacturing companies.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple ERP systems implementations.
  • Experience supporting SAP solutions in a post-production environment.
