Location: Astoria, Oregon
Duration: ASAP and for 3+ months
Reason for coverage: Looking for full time coverage in Astoria, Oregon. Would prefer 1 provider that can cover 2 weeks a month.
Schedule: TBD
Shift: 8-5? They are working to find out exact hours maybe 8-5 or 9-5
Call: 730a-730a up to 10 call shifts a month
Patient volume: Number of patients per day: 8-15 Number of deliveries per month: 15-25
Scope: Fullscope, inpatient and outpatient OBGYN skills needed
EMR: CERNER
Hospital: Critical Access, 25 bed hospital, Level IV Trauma Center
Nursery level: Level one. 24/7 PEDS call coverage.
Group/support:
What type of Anesthesia do you have in place? CRNAs
If two deliveries happen at once, is there a back-up OB/GYN available? yes
Requirements (boards, license): Oregon licensed, board certified or eligible.
