To excel as an EHS Project Manager, you need a solid background in environmental, health, and safety regulations, project management experience, and often a relevant degree or certification such as CSP or CIH. Familiarity with EHS management systems, risk assessment tools, and compliance software is typically required. Strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills help you manage teams, drive initiatives, and engage stakeholders. These competencies are crucial for ensuring organizational compliance, minimizing risks, and delivering successful EHS projects on time and within budget.
