About the Role:
REELSAFE SAFETY LLC is looking for a driven and experienced EHS Manager to lead safety initiatives in Odessa, TX. Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs and policies
  • Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazards
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local EHS regulations including OSHA, EPA, and TCEQ standards
  • Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning
  • Deliver safety training programs and toolbox talks to employees at all levels
  • Maintain accurate EHS records, reporting, and documentation for regulatory compliance
  • Collaborate with operations and management teams to integrate safety best practices into daily workflows
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field preferred
  • 3–5+ years of EHS management experience, preferably in industrial, oil & gas, or energy sectors
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and TCEQ regulations and compliance requirements
  • Experience conducting incident investigations and implementing corrective actions
  • Relevant certifications such as CSP, CHMM, or OSHA 30 are a plus
