Epic Willow Ambulatory Certification — REQUIRED

Epic Willow Inventory Certification — REQUIRED

Hands-on Epic Willow build experience — REQUIRED

Candidates without BOTH Willow Ambulatory AND Willow Inventory certifications will not be considered.

We are seeking an experienced Epic Willow Application Analyst / Lead with hands-on experience building, supporting, and optimizing Epic Willow applications in a healthcare environment.

This is not a general IT application support position. We are specifically looking for an Epic professional with direct Willow Ambulatory and Willow Inventory experience who can take on a leadership role supporting Epic workflows, build, optimization, and application initiatives.

What You'll Do

  • Perform hands-on Epic Willow build, configuration, maintenance, and optimization.
  • Support Willow Ambulatory and Willow Inventory applications.
  • Analyze Epic workflows and determine how system functionality supports clinical and operational processes.
  • Troubleshoot complex Epic application issues and develop appropriate solutions.
  • Work directly with clinical, pharmacy, operational, and technical stakeholders.
  • Lead application enhancements, workflow improvements, and system changes.
  • Translate operational requirements into Epic application solutions.
  • Coordinate cross-functional discussions surrounding Epic functionality and workflows.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned Epic applications.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to other application analysts.
  • Lead or participate in Epic-related projects and implementations.
  • Help establish priorities and drive application issues through resolution.
  • Recommend improvements to Epic workflows, functionality, and integration with operational processes.

NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS

1. Epic Willow Ambulatory Certification

REQUIRED.

2. Epic Willow Inventory Certification

REQUIRED.

3. Hands-on Epic Build Experience

REQUIRED.

4. 3–5 years of application support experience

Experience must include meaningful responsibility for application configuration, support, optimization, or build.

Strongly Preferred

  • Healthcare IT experience.
  • Experience working directly with Epic Willow.
  • Pharmacy application experience.
  • 2+ years of project management and/or application lead experience.
  • Experience serving as an Epic Application Lead, Senior Epic Analyst, Epic Build Lead, or similar role.
  • Experience leading Epic implementations, enhancements, optimization projects, or workflow redesign.
  • Experience mentoring or providing technical direction to other Epic analysts.

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred in Nursing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or another related field.

An Associate's degree may be considered when combined with several years of relevant Epic, healthcare IT, computer science, or application experience.

Equivalent education and experience may be considered.

This is a 100% nationwide remote position.

Candidates must reside in one of the following states:

Alabama, Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, New York, Nebraska, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Vermont, Virginia, or Wyoming.
