Work Environment

This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to create a comfortable workspace while delivering essential mental health services. You will primarily engage in outpatient therapy, leveraging advanced digital platforms to conduct therapy sessions, meet with clients in real-time, and participate in team meetings. Although the position is remote, we encourage collaboration and connection among our therapists through regular virtual team-building activities, supervision sessions, and training opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual therapy sessions that address the unique needs and concerns of each client, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
  • Facilitate couples therapy, creating a safe space for partners to explore their relationship dynamics and promote effective communication.
  • Hold family counseling sessions that help resolve conflicts, improve communication, and foster stronger connections among family members.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect the specific goals and needs of each client, while regularly monitoring progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Valid state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Demonstrated capacity to work both independently and in collaborative team settings effectively.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience utilizing telehealth platforms for therapy during remote sessions.
