Job description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Bilingual Dental Assistant with EFDA/EDDA certification to join our dental team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and another language, possess exceptional communication skills, and have a passion for providing quality oral healthcare.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Completion of an accredited dental assisting program
- EFDA (Expanded Functions Dental Assistant) or EDDA (Expanded Duty Dental Assistant) certification
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language
- X-ray certification preferred
- CPR certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during examinations and treatment procedures
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
- Take and develop dental x-rays
- Provide patient education on oral hygiene and postoperative care
