Job description

Hourly Pay Range:

$30.46 - $45.69 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights:

  • Position: Neurophysiology Technician
  • Location: Wilmette, IL
  • Full Time/Part Time: Full Time (40 hours/week)
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM; weekends, every 8 weeks; holidays for On-Call
  • Required Travel: Travel to other sites (Evanston, Highland Park, Skokie, Swedish Hospital)

What you will need:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Graduate from Neurophysiology Program and/or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Certification: CPR-BLS from the American Heart Association required
  • Experience: One year experience as a neurophysiology technologist required with at least half of time spent performing IOM, preferably in a teaching hospital. Three years of experience preferred
  • Skills: Knowledge of EEG's

What you will do:

  • Perform routine Electroencephalograms (EEG's)
  • Perform response tests
  • Perform EMG/NCV tests
  • Perform Autonomic Testing
