Workplace Technology Engineers are responsible for leading the design, implementation, and maintenance of innovative technology solutions.

    • Troubleshooting complex and cross-domain end-point environment problems.

    • Excellent communications skills, including ability to distill complicated instructions into audience-appropriate actionable steps and explain and present advanced and complicated technical topics to peers and technical management, at the appropriate level of detail.
    • Develop necessary relationships with lead engineers and technical leadership across desktop hardware and software support areas to provide proactive feedback and improve outcomes.
  • What it Takes:
    • Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or equivalent related work experience.
    • Minimum of 2 years related work experience.
    • Experience with operating systems and Microsoft 365 ecosystems including their role in an enterprise office setting.
    • Proficient with scripted automation in a relevant scripting language.
    • Strong knowledge of infrastructure technology (server, network, storage, security).
