Minimum Requirementsย 

  • ย Active, fully initiated, practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church.
  • ย Commitment to collaborative ministry and Catholic education.
  • ย Possess a Masterโ€™s Degree in Educational Administration, Leadership, or a related field.
  • ย Possess or be eligible for North Carolina administrator licensure.
  • ย Have a minimum of 3โ€“5 years of teaching experience; Catholic school leadership experience preferred.
  • ย Demonstrate strong organizational, financial, and communication skills.
  • ย Exhibit proficiency with educational technology and strategic planning.
  • ย Successfully complete all required background checks and Diocese-sponsored Safe Environment Training prior to employment.
