Job description

Software Engineer (Ref:1)

Job Summary Design and implement software applications, including system architecture and user interface, to meet project specifications. Lead code reviews and provide mentorship to foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence among team members. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product management, design, and quality assurance to define and refine project requirements throughout the software development lifecycle. Ensure the quality, performance, and scalability of developed software through comprehensive testing, optimization, and adherence to best practices. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues to maintain and improve the reliability and usability of deployed software systems. Generate detailed reports and correspondence that comprehensively outline project specifications, document project activities, and provide updates on current project status. Proactively research and stay updated with emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends to enhance the team & technical capabilities and project outcomes. Analyze user needs and develop software solutions, applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis.

  • Tools used: React, GitHub Actions, Jest, and Cypress.
  • Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or a related field.
  • Minimum experience: One (1) year.

Employer will accept no education and three (3) years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or related field and one (1) year of experience. Must have one (1) year of experience in React, GitHub Actions, Jest, and Cypress. Travel required to the extent of relocating to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
