Job Description
The Senior Project Manager at PROCON LLC is responsible for overseeing complex construction projects from start to finish. This role demands a strategic thinker with advanced project management skills who can ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Senior Project Manager will collaborate closely with in-house architects and engineers, subcontractors, and clients, leading project teams and ensuring compliance with safety regulations, contractual obligations, and company policies. This role is central to maintaining our reputation for excellence and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the coordination and management of all project resources, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and to the highest standards in a collaborative environment.
  • Communicate job expectations, enforce policies and procedures, and manage project tasks effectively.
  • Interface with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships through regular meetings, correspondence, and reporting.
  • Plan, sequence, and schedule projects in collaboration with Superintendents and subcontractors, conducting job site meetings, and preparing updated schedules.
  • Meet financial objectives by forecasting job costs, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
  • Ensure all work complies with technical, safety, and legal requirements, conducting periodic onsite observations to monitor compliance with plans.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve issues, adding value to the project and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience, with a track record of delivering $10M-$25M projects on time and within budget.
  • Proficiency in project management supervision, tracking job costs, planning, and performance management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in multi-family residential is highly desirable.
  • Experience in hospitality or senior living housing preferred.
  • Proficient with Procore or construction-related software.
  • A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to travel to construction sites throughout New England.
  • High integrity with sound ethical judgment
