What You’ll Do 

  • Keep program quality high by communicating clearly, visiting classrooms, sharing updates, and using evaluation tools 
  • Grow and strengthen our volunteer and partner community 
  • Lead creative recruitment and retention strategies that bring in great volunteers and keep them coming back
  • Manage the behind‑the‑scenes magic that makes our programs run (scheduling, logistics, delivery models, you name it)
  • Host in‑person or virtual trainings that leave volunteers feeling confident and excited
  • Keep our database organized and up‑to‑date 
  • Gather stories, data, and insights to help in meetings, grants, and reports
  • Deliver top‑tier customer service to everyone who interacts with our programs
