Position Overview:

Achieve region retail sales plan by implementing strategic training programs focused on elevating client experience standards, increasing loyalty, retaining talent, and maximizing productivity for Dior Field Team members and Retailer's wholesale teams. Conduct impactful seasonal workshops, drive point-of-sale initiatives throughout the assigned region and provide in-store coaching and specialized training in Focus Doors to ensure continuous improvement and skill development.

  • Évaluer en permanence les compétences des chefs de secteur et des conseillers beauté et dispenser une formation sur les nouveaux produits si nécessaire.
  • Travailler en collaboration avec les chefs de secteur en magasin pour améliorer la connaissance des produits, développer les compétences de vente et cultiver les capacités de gestion d'équipe et d'analyse commerciale.
  • Développer des relations positives avec les associés en parfumerie masculine et féminine grâce à des formations en magasin et axées sur les saisons.
  • Animer des formations sur les événements spéciaux avec les conseillers beauté et les spécialistes des ventes appropriés lors de séminaires et dans les magasins principaux.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the local Field Sales team and Corporate Education Team to identify training needs and develop tailored action plans to ensure the total region achieves retail sales goals.
  • Lead and execute all seasonal workshops for Business Managers, Beauty Consultants (BCs), and Selling Specialists, including biannual Seasonal Seminars, Basic Induction Seminars (based on business needs), and Specialization Seminars (driven by business requirements).
  • Partner with Account Executives to train all Dior Field Teams on standard D.I.O.R. Art of Selling techniques.
  • Conduct onboarding for new team members in top doors and oversee the region's overall onboarding strategy for new team members.
  • Ensure Account Executives have necessary education materials for stores not covered by Education Managers.
  • Drive product launch sell-out through effective seminar training, pre-training calls, in-store selling support, and building expertise with the Field Sales team.
  • Conduct specialized training for Fragrance Associates as needed for launches, and lead fragrance expertise development plans for the region.
  • Implement follow-up coaching sessions to enhance Beauty Consultants' selling skills and product knowledge in top doors.
  • Actively participate in the selection and interview process for Beauty Consultants and Business Managers in top doors.
  • Plan and execute follow-up coaching for the region after seminars, in collaboration with Field Sales partners.
  • Continuously evaluate Business Managers' and Beauty Consultants' skills and provide new product training as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with Business Managers in-store to enhance product knowledge, to develop selling skills, and to cultivate team management and business analysis capabilities.
  • Develop positive relationships with Men's & Women's Fragrance Associates through in-store and seasonally focused training.
  • Conduct training on Special Events with Beauty Consultants and appropriate Selling Specialists in seminars and top doors.
Qualifications

Qualifications et compétences Requises:
