Job description

Starting Salary: $56,630 plus commission potentialDESCRIPTION/JOB SUMMARY

To work with Field Sales as a comprehensive team to help develop and focus on applications and configurations of advanced Rehab products 

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

•Focus on the continued training, development, and support for Rehab products (large portion to include Q Logic electronics) for customers, therapists, and VA facilities

•Communicate consistently with Rehab Product Specialists, Regional Managers, and the Quantum Team in order to fulfill needs of Rehab providers in the assigned Field Sales territory

•Travel throughout the assigned territory, to provide training and presentations on Quantum Products with a large focus on Q Logic electronics

•Assist with education presentations and technical training, when applicable in the territory

•Communicate Quality Assurance issues and concerns 

•Report field data regarding growth opportunities within your assigned territory to Rehab Product Specialists and Regional Manager

•Maintain inventory on demo chairs, electronics, and accessories needed in the field

•Maintain cost effective time and territory management

•Submit monthly expenses and weekly itineraries for travel 

•Assist providers and their technical staff in troubleshooting and repairs of units in the field

•Participate in VA clinics and VA related activities

•Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management 

•Complete the Annual CTPAT Security Training

•Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment 

•Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations

•Pride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary

REQUIRED SKILLS

•Must be a team player, friendly, professional, detail-oriented, and honest

Must have the ability to: 

•Multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment

•Work with multiple departments as a cross-functional team

•Assemble and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical devices

•Travel for the company and transport demo equipment as business needs dictate

•Lift/Push/Pull up to 50 lbs.

Must have: 

•Relentless drive to achieve advancement and continuous improvement

•Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint 

•Excellent web navigation skills 

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills

•Excellent planning, customer service, public speaking and presentation skills 

PREFERRED SKILLS

•Basic working knowledge of Pride operating systems preferred

•Basic knowledge of clinical diagnoses and equipment considerations preferred

•Strong mechanical and/or electrical assembly and troubleshooting skills preferred

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

•At least 1 year of experience with Electro-Mechanical Applications in a Health Care Industry, Sales, Manufacturing, and/or Production environment OR, in lieu of experience, an Associate Degree in a field related to Health Care OR, in lieu of a related Associate Degree, a Bachelor’s Degree

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

•At least 2 years of experience within the Mobility Industry preferred

•Current or previous successful employment experience with Pride Mobility Products Corporation preferred

REQUIRED EDUCATION

•High School Diploma or GED 

PREFERRED EDUCATION

•Associate Degree in a Health Care related field preferred

•Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) Certification preferred

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

•Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now, or in the future
