Willow Creek Community Church is an egalitarian, non-denominational, multi-site church across Chicagoland, passionate about helping people take next steps to love God, love people, and change the world. We're hiring a Seasonal Part-Time Campus Host to help create exceptional environments for services, ministry gatherings, special events, and missional space initiatives.
Schedule: Seasonal, as-needed. Must be available for a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
Pay Range: $15.00-$23.00/hour (based on experience)
The Role:
As a Campus Host, you are part hospitality leader, part operations coordinator, and part problem-solver. You'll ensure rooms are set up with excellence, A/V systems are supported, volunteers are equipped, and guests feel genuinely welcomed.
You will:
  • Lead room set-up and campus preparation for services, ministries, special events, and rentals
  • Provide A/V technical support and troubleshoot issues as needed
  • Maintain quality control of campus environments
  • Deliver outstanding guest service to internal teams and outside groups
  • Coordinate with Facilities and Risk Management on building and safety needs
  • Serve as point leader for security or evacuation situations when required
  • Oversee a specialty focus area (such as volunteer training, A/V, inventory management, or lobby operations)
  • Recruit, develop, train, and care for volunteer teams

Salary Description
$15-$23 per hour
