DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Associate Manager, Commercial Education,locatedin Florida, USA.

The Associate Manager, Commercial Education, DePuy Synthes Joint Reconstruction will beresponsible for the planning, delivery, and execution of training for the sales organization aligned to theglobal learning strategy and in support of United States (US) regional business needs. This role will be
primarily focused on joint reconstruction (hips, knees, shoulders) and associated digitalsurgery/enabling technologies. It will work with Global Education, Marketing, R&D, Sales Leadership,Healthcare Compliance, and other functional partners to craft and deliver educational programs aimedat elevating the proficiency of the sales organization aligned with the company curricula, certificationpathways, policies, and strategies.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
In accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson &
Johnson procedures and guidelines, this position is responsible for:
FUNCTIONAL:
Implement Commercial Education strategies and content in collaboration with internal partnersto satisfy the overall objectives of the DePuy Synthes organization
Help design and deliver effective educational programs aligned to our learning strategiesincluding the use of a 30-40-30 format, adult learning principles, and professional facilitationskills
Educate sales consultants across the portfolio to build clinical and non-clinical proficiency withemphasis on technical training, clinical selling, operations, strategic account management, andenterprise and market effectiveness
Facilitate learning in self-directed, live, virtual, and/or in-person formats, leveraging appropriatetechnology platforms
Serve as a subject matter expert for training development with strategic partners includingvendors
Maintain expertise in training and related clinical and business technologies and methodologies
Contribute to training needs assessments of customer-facing field sales teams and dentificationof market and organizational trends.
Support daily business-focused training activities for the Commercial Education department.This includes administrative activities, communications, and implementation of CommercialEducation policies and guidelines aligned with the MedTech Education strategy.

Help manage, track, and report on department asset management
Ensure that sales training practices are aligned with all Company, government, and legalrequirements
POLICIES:
Know and follow policies and procedures related to work activities performed in area ofresponsibility.
TRAINING:
Complete training in area of responsibility within allowed time-period. Training is required forchanges in existing policies and procedures, for new assignments, and for implementation ofnew policies and procedures.
Complete required periodic re-training in areas such as safety and environmental compliance.
SAFETY:
Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next managementlevel
Responsible for following all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmentalpractices as applicable.

SECTION 3: EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
REQUIRED:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field
2 years of orthopaedic device experience
PREFERRED:
Experience working in a commercial function (field, sales, marketing, etc.)
Experience as an orthopedic/medical device educator
Experience using and/or implementing modern educational technologies
Experience in technology-assisted surgery and/or capital equipment

REQUIRED:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

94,000.00 - 170,000.00 USD Annual
