Boutique Customer Experience:

  • Driving to meet and exceed daily sales goals.
  • Providing an exceptional and consistent customer experience.
  • Maintaining awareness of all store promotions.
  • Capturing customer emails to grow future business.
  • Answering all customer inquiries and sharing product information.

Boutique Visual Standards and Operational Excellence:

  • Assisting with completion of boutique opening and closing checklists.
  • Maintaining company brand standards by ensuring a neat, clean, and organized sales floor, cash wrap, and back room.
  • Executing all visual directives and schematics to ensure the floor is set properly and timely.
  • Remaining conscience of all loss prevention procedures and shrink activities.

Field Sales and Education:

  • Conducting scheduled in-store selling and education shifts at assigned locations as needed.
  • Building relationships with store leadership and beauty advisors.
  • Educating associates on Pixi product benefits, routines, and selling strategies.
  • Supporting customers alongside store teams to drive conversion and basket growth.
  • Ensuring merchandising standards, tester hygiene, and signage accuracy.
  • Capturing and escalating execution issues with clear documentation.
  • Submitting visit recap with photos and actions within 24 hours.
  • Participating in a weekly one-on-one touch base call with your manager to review store activity, escalate issues, and align on priorities.
