We are currently hiring a Marketing Specialist to join our team at our headquarters in Huntington, New York. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our integrated marketing initiatives, leveraging our CRM to drive targeted campaigns. You will own the strategy behind our audience segmentation and lead generation efforts, ensuring our messaging reaches the right educators and administrators to support our continued growth in the K-12 EdTech market.
Responsibilities in this role:
  • Own the end-to-end management of integrated marketing plans, ensuring all initiatives are executed on time and aligned with our organizational goals.
  • Develop high-impact demand-generation content and collaborate other team members to optimize marketing campaigns for maximum lead quality and conversion.
  • Take ownership of the marketing data. You will build targeted customer lists and manage our contact database to ensure precision in our marketing segmentation and outreach.
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in the K-12 Education or EdTech industry is a significant plus. You understand the challenges of the current school landscape, such as teacher workload and the need for high-quality, engagement-focused resources.
  • High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Google Analytics. Familiarity with HubSpot is highly desirable.
  • Experience with Display ads, Google search ads, and social advertising.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly.
  • A proactive, multitasking self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and approaches challenges with a data-driven, solutions-oriented focus.

  • Salary Range: $65,000 – $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience and technical certifications
