JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Program Planning

  • Involved in all stages of the seasonal employee life cycle including interviewing, onboarding and training, and professional development
  • Support recruiting efforts by finding, attracting, engaging, and nurturing talent
  • Utilize ATS, Google Suite, and other tools to keep candidate pipeline organized
  • Oversee, research, and develop program curricula, tutorials, and activities for camps, courses, and programs, and collaborate with team members to ensure optimal quality and timely completion

Program Operations

  • Join our team of Directors and Managers who develop, launch, and execute summer and school-year program offerings
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with our partner schools
  • Oversee the daily operations, scheduling, staff management, and general support of multiple programs and locations across the U.S.
  • Continually ensure that camp locations are maintaining excellence in program standards and staff are delivering a fun and engaging educational experience to all students through in-person/virtual visits and regular check-ins with site directors
  • Monitor seasonal staff performance and provide timely feedback

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 10+ years professional leadership experience in summer camp management, auxiliary programs, education, business management, or related field
  • Quickly takes ownership of tasks and steps into leadership roles
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • Passionate about working in EdTech and sharing new ideas
  • An ability to troubleshoot independently & problem solve
  • Delivers on details with follow up
  • Inclusive, professional, upbeat, and positive attitude
  • Open to feedback, curious, & asks questions
  • Clearance of all required background checks
