FinalForms, a division of BC Technologies Company, is a mission-driven EdTech company based in Chagrin Falls, Ohio. Since 2012, we've helped schools, associations, and governing bodies collect, verify, and act on critical data-improving compliance, safety, and operational efficiency across education-based athletics and activities.
Our platforms include:
FinalForms - K-12 registration, compliance, and data governance

Tower - A statewide data backbone powering compliance, communication, and insight across schools, districts, associations, and NFHS
We are a high-trust, high-performance team built around flexibility, accountability, and purpose.
REGIONAL ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Regional Account Executive (RAE) is the primary new business driver within an assigned sales region or regions. This is a Hunter role responsible for identifying, developing, and closing net new opportunities across the FinalForms Athletic, K12, and AMP product portfolios.
The RAE owns the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution and is responsible for generating pipeline through outbound activity, conference engagement, referral relationships, and regional market presence.
This role requires a highly proactive, relationship-driven sales approach with a strong focus on consultative selling, pipeline discipline, and long-term customer value creation.
The ideal candidate is energized by building relationships, creating opportunities, navigating complex buying environments, and consistently driving new revenue growth.
This role requires travel for conferences, customer meetings, and in-person demonstrations as needed.
PROGRAM PURPOSE
The purpose of the Regional Account Executive role is to drive net new revenue growth by building strong relationships, developing a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities, delivering compelling product demonstrations, and successfully closing business across the FinalForms platform ecosystem.
This role exists to expand FinalForms' regional market presence while helping schools, districts, and associations improve operational efficiency, compliance, communication, and data management through technology.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
New Business Development
  • Own the full sales cycle for net new opportunities within the assigned region from prospecting through signed contracts.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound outreach, conference engagement, networking, referrals, and regional relationship development.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities that supports consistent revenue growth and forecast visibility.
  • Manage both self-generated opportunities and opportunities referred by Ambassadors, Regional Account Managers, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Develop strategic territory and account engagement plans to increase market penetration and regional growth.

Product Knowledge and Demonstrations
  • Develop strong working knowledge across all FinalForms product lines including FinalForms Athletics, K12, and AMP.
  • Deliver tailored, consultative product demonstrations aligned to customer goals, operational challenges, and organizational needs.
  • Conduct virtual and in-person demonstrations, presentations, and discovery conversations with athletic administrators, district leaders, and executive stakeholders.
  • Translate platform capabilities into customer-specific value, operational impact, and long-term outcomes.
  • Effectively navigate multi-stakeholder sales environments and longer decision-making cycles common within education and association markets.

Conference and Market Engagement
  • Represent FinalForms at regional conferences, trade shows, association meetings, and industry events.
  • Build relationships with prospective customers, industry leaders, and referral partners within the region.
  • Follow up on conference-generated opportunities with urgency, consistency, and strong communication.
  • Maintain awareness of regional market trends, competitor activity, customer needs, and emerging opportunities.

Regional Team Collaboration
  • Work collaboratively with Regional Account Managers (RAMs), Ambassadors, Marketing, and Sales Leadership to share market intelligence and customer insight.
  • Leverage Ambassador relationships and referral networks to identify and accelerate qualified opportunities.
  • Partner with Regional Account Managers to ensure smooth customer transitions and visibility into account context where appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate and timely CRM records related to pipeline activity, forecasting, customer engagement, and opportunity progression.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, accountable, and customer-focused sales culture across the organization.

WHO YOU ARE
  • A highly motivated, proactive sales professional who thrives on creating opportunities and closing business
  • Relationship-driven and consultative in your sales approach
  • Comfortable engaging with athletic administrators, district leaders, executive stakeholders, and decision-makers
  • Organized, disciplined, and accountable in your pipeline and CRM management
  • Comfortable operating independently while collaborating effectively across teams
  • Willing to travel regularly within your assigned region
  • Passionate about education, athletics, technology, and customer impact

You are not looking for:
  • An inbound-only or highly transactional sales role
  • A low-activity environment without pipeline expectations
  • A one-product sales environment with limited growth opportunity
  • An organization without accountability, collaboration, or customer focus
  • A role with minimal relationship-building or strategic engagement

SUCCESS METRICS

  • Demonstrate strong CRM discipline and forecasting consistency

Ongoing
  • Consistent achievement of net new revenue targets
  • Healthy pipeline generation and strong sales activity metrics
