Job description

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly organized, experienced, and client-oriented Sr. PM to help guide our eDiscovery Project Management group. This individual will help guide the daily activities of a team of project managers in executing discovery workflows, ensuring operational excellence, and serving as an escalation point for client matters. The ideal candidate brings deep technical and procedural understanding of the EDRM lifecycle, a proven ability to manage complex projects, and experience mentoring project management teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Help guide the eDiscovery Project Management team in day-to-day project delivery, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and client satisfaction
• Act as a senior escalation point for project issues and client concerns
• Help Implement best practices, standard operating procedures, and quality control measures across the PM group
• Collaborate with sales, operations, forensics, and review teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Provide strategic input to improve workflows, technology usage, and client outcomes
• Participate in client meetings, proposals, and project planning sessions
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in eDiscovery project management
• Expert-level understanding of the EDRM model and litigation workflows
• Deep hands-on experience with platforms such as Relativity, Reveal, or similar review tools
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both client-facing and internal
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams
• Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving, and prioritization skills
Preferred:
• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree or certifications (e.g., Relativity Master, PMP, RCA, CEDS)
• Experience working in a fully remote environment
• Familiarity with analytics, TAR workflows, and advanced data processing tools
• Prior experience interfacing with corporate legal departments or AmLaw firms
