Job Summary
Under general supervision, participates in the preparation and/or serving of food; maintains sanitary conditions of the facility; receives guidance and leadership from the CNS II, III, or IV in cooking, preparing, and serving food. The CNS I reports directly to the CNS site leads; assists with food service duties for approved special events, assists in food service programs for community groups, parents, students, and District personnel and performs related work as required..
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Food Handler's Certificate (This course has been approved by the Riverside County Department of Environmental Health and is valid countywide. http://www.statefoodsafety.com/food-handler/california/riverside-county StateFoodSafety.com is the only online food handler training and exam program that is approved in Riverside County. All other training providers are NOT approved. You can only get a valid food handler card online through StateFoodSafety.com or from one of our area offices.)
  • Proof of HS Graduation
