Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Graphic Designer with over 5 years of hands-on experience in graphic design, particularly focused on corporate production work. The ideal candidate will be proficient in PowerPoint, InDesign, and the full Adobe Creative Suite, and will bring a solid understanding of how to visually communicate complex information in a corporate environment.
As part of our Corporate Communications and Marketing team, you will support a variety of internal and external initiatives by producing compelling visuals that align with our brand across digital, print, and presentation formats. You will play a key role in designing high-quality marketing collateral, business development materials, internal training visuals, PowerPoint presentations, and branded documents for our growing portfolio of operating companies nationwide.
The role requires strong production design skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively across departments. English/Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly preferred, as the role may involve occasional translation and culturally adapted content. A strong portfolio demonstrating production design work is required for consideration.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Designing visually engaging graphics and marketing collateral that align with ASRC Industrial's brand standards and support both internal and external communication initiatives.
  • Provide editorial graphic design and occasional copywriting for internal communications and marketing needs, for both the corporate office and thirty-five operating companies.
  • Work products include assets for digital media-such as intranet, social media, presentations, and websites-as well as print materials for client proposals, trade shows, and recruiting fairs.
  • Must adhere to current, and help evolve new, brand standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across ASRC Industrial's diverse operating companies to gather insights, develop creative concepts, and ensure consistent messaging. Including projects such as client proposals and presentations, materials for recruiting fairs, and general marketing collateral.
  • Organize and maintain marketing asset library, including searchable catalog on enterprise-wide, online Brand Center.
  • Work with an outside branding and marketing consultant on large projects, such as company rebrands and new websites.
  • May include backend website and intranet maintenance work, including graphic design and content development.
  • Adapting to shifting priorities and taking on additional duties as needed to meet the evolving needs of the department and company.
  • Adaptable and able to stay updated with marketing trends: Flexible and proactive in learning new tools, platforms, and industry trends to keep content strategies current and effective.
  • Organize and prioritize multiple projects, devising a schedule of work to meet deadlines and ensure the timely completion of all content-related tasks.

Key Requirements, Education, Experience:
  • Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field. Experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of Experience in Graphic Design
  • Experience and/or understanding of the construction industry and work in the environmental and industrial contracting markets is a plus.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with dozens of internal "clients" from both corporate and operating companies.
  • Proficiency in computer software programs including Microsoft Office and web browsers. Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and other Adobe Creative Suite applications, and other applications in a networked Windows environment required.
  • Editorial graphic design experience including skills in visual design, typography, and composition to creatively interpret written information with appropriate visual solutions.
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, SEO, and social media marketing.
  • Strong content creation skills: Ability to produce clear, engaging content that resonates with members, stakeholders, and the broader community.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment, ensuing communications are executed within tight deadlines with limited resources.
  • Role offers opportunity for hybrid of both in-office and at-home work; must be self-motivated with an ability to establish and achieve desired goals and objectives regardless of work location.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to deliver exceptional content is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
