Job description

KPIX is looking for a highly talented part time video editor with a passion for news and experience using non-linear editing equipment.
Candidate must have a minimum of 2-5 years' experience working in a fast-paced television news environment. Must be detail-oriented, and deadline driven with minimal supervision. Ability to work with Grass Valley Edius editing system a preferred. Editor must be a creative and poised team player who can juggle multiple projects at once. Candidate must be flexible with work schedule, and willing to work nights, overnights, and weekends as needed. Links to demo reel demonstrating abilities required.
ENG will also be part of regular duties.
