ABOUT THE POSITION


We are looking for a Video Editor who excels at performance-driven storytelling to join our team. You’ll take raw footage, voiceovers, and product shots and turn them into scroll-stopping short-form ads that drive sales across platforms like TikTok and Instagram. You’ll take direction, concepts, and raw footage from our creative and marketing teams and turn them into ads that hook fast, tell a compelling story, and convert into sales – while staying true to the Truvani voice.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS/IS


  • Proven track record for creating compelling short-form social content that drives sales.
  • Strong understanding of what makes people stop scrolling, pay attention, and take action.
  • Ability to combine storytelling, emotion, and persuasion to produce measurable results.
  • Fluent in premiere pro, CapCut for TikTok videos and edits for Facebook videos.
  • Deep understanding of performance creative: hooks, pacing, CTA placement, attention retention.
  • Expert multitasking skills with an ability to work quickly, handle multiple projects, and iterate based on data and feedback.
  • Excellent communicator, collaborative, and organized.
  • Portfolio or reel showing direct-response ads, product-focused edits, and mobile-first social content required.
  • Background in health, wellness, or CPG brands a plus.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE


  • Craft Story-Driven Ads: Use raw footage, voiceovers, and product shots to produce high-performing short-form video ads for TikTok and Instagram reels.
  • Cut For Performance: Optimize hooks, pacing, captions, motion design, and CTAs to grab attention in the first 3 seconds and hold it through to conversion.
  • Test, Analyze, & Optimize: Monitor creative performance, share insights with the team, and make fast adjustments based on data.
  • Collaborate With Marketing & Creative Teams: Align creative with campaign strategy and audience insights while maintaining the Truvani voice.
  • Produce Platform-Ready Versions: Deliver multiple aspect ratios, file specs, and clear asset/version control on deadline; apply platform best practices and trends while maintaining brand integrity.
