Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to join the fast-paced, Commercial Banking Sales Enablement Team as a Commercial Sales Enablement Specialist II. We provide critical support to sales teams across Huntington's footprint to drive sales execution and results. This team is responsible for key functions such as research and insights, proposal development, RFP responses, relationship reviews, sales tools administration and more.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Providing strategic sales support/fulfillment to sales colleagues across Commercial Banking business segments in the form of process management, coordination and execution.
  • Contributes to the creation, writing, and editing of RFP responses from prospective/current Commercial Bank customers with emphasis on: conducting a scope discussion with the relationship manager and subject matter experts to qualify and understand the RFP opportunity; project management of the RFP response including team member participation, content contribution. and deliverable accountability, coordination of all required team meetings and communication, quality review and ensuring RFP requirements are met.
  • Prepares strategic sales presentations for an RM/banker to present the sale to the customer/prospect, working with Sales colleagues to customize content with brand messaging.
  • Complete Relationship Reviews for Treasury Management relationship managers in support of their meetings with current customers.
  • Understand and utilize customer data and market trends to determine value-add needed to attain market-based objectives.
  • Actively participate in departmental meetings, planning, and discussions.
  • Provide administrative sales support as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of RFP development

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work with a team
  • Desire to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Project Management experience
  • Business writing experience, preferably in B2B materials, with the ability to turn content into a compelling story.
  • Results-oriented with proven ability to prioritize, drive, and achieve results through self and others while working to meet strict deadlines under pressure
  • Ability to work within a team collaborative environment and manage both up and down management chain

Compensation Range:

$57,000.00 - 113,000.00 Annual Salary

The compensation range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and education.  Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.  In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
