Position Summary: This position will be responsible for balancing, reconciling, editing and data entry of invoices for the HBG accounts payable team. This includes the following businesses HBF, Clayton Supply, Clayton Transportation and Clayton Properties Group.

Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Balancing invoices and transactions

  • Reconciling invoices and invoice groups
  • Data entry
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Candidates should be able to process a large volume of paperwork with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Successful candidate should be quality-minded, detail-oriented, have computer experience, be 10-key fluent, well organized, and have a positive and professional attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills are necessary - candidate must be able to communicate with plant team members and vendors in a professional and helpful manner.
  • Must be flexible team player.
  • Handle stress with composure.
  • The candidate must also work with a high level of confidentiality.
  • Accounts payable, Oracle and Global software knowledge a plus.
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft applications (specifically Excel) and some accounting experience is useful.
