Job Summary:

The Brand & Content Specialist is responsible for creating branded marketing materials, updating website content, and supporting digital marketing campaigns across Wholesure's channels. This role will use Adobe Creative Suite to create and edit marketing assets, maintain website content in WordPress, and develop content for LinkedIn, HubSpot, email campaigns, webinars, and partner/carrier communications.

The ideal candidate is creative, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing multiple projects while working with internal teams, partners, and carriers to support consistent, on-brand marketing execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, edit, and maintain marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite, including digital graphics, social media assets, flyers, presentations, email graphics, event materials, and branded collateral.
  • Develop digital marketing content for LinkedIn and HubSpot, including social posts, email content, campaign messaging, landing page copy, promotional announcements, and partner/carrier communications.
  • Update and maintain website content in WordPress, including editing pages, publishing posts, updating images, revising links, refreshing landing pages, and making basic content or layout changes.
  • Support HubSpot marketing activity by helping build, edit, and organize email campaigns, landing pages, lists, forms, and campaign assets.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual standard across Adobe-created materials, LinkedIn content, HubSpot campaigns, and WordPress website updates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather content, creative direction, approvals, product/program updates, and campaign details.
  • Plan, coordinate, and support webinars or virtual events, including invitations, promotional content, presentation materials, hosting support, and follow-up communications.
  • Participate in recurring partner and carrier cadence calls to gather updates, identify marketing needs, track deliverables, and follow up on action items.
  • Support additional marketing, event, sales enablement, and partner communication projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite with the ability to create, edit, and resize marketing materials, digital graphics, social media assets, flyers, presentations, branded collateral.
  • Experience updating and maintaining websites in WordPress, including editing page content, adding images, updating links, publishing posts or pages, and making basic content/layout changes.
  • Ability to create digital marketing content for LinkedIn and HubSpot, including social posts, email content, campaign assets, landing page copy, and promotional messaging.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to create clear, professional, audience-appropriate marketing content.
  • Comfortable managing multiple content projects, deadlines, approvals, and updates at the same time.
  • Prior HubSpot experience a plus.
  • Insurance, wholesale brokerage, carrier, MGA, or financial services experience is helpful but not required.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-4 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, graphic design, or website management
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite required.

Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
