About the Role
Broward Health is seeking a Multimedia Producer with strong visual storytelling video production editing motion graphics and social media content creation experience to join our in-house creative team.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can shape a story from concept through final delivery. The ideal candidate can shoot edit animate and create polished multimedia content that brings people programs services events and organizational messages to life across marketing communications executive messaging internal campaigns social media web and community outreach.
We are especially interested in candidates who know how to tell clear compelling stories through video. The strongest candidate will understand how to shape interviews b-roll pacing music graphics sound and platform-specific edits into content that feels polished purposeful human and engaging.
Experience creating original motion graphics and animations in Adobe After Effects is important for this role. Candidates should be able to create or support animated titles lower thirds branded graphics transitions and other visual elements that strengthen the story and improve clarity polish and audience engagement.
A portfolio demo reel or work sample link is required.
What You'll Do
• Produce short-form and long-form video photography motion graphics and multimedia content for internal and external audiences.
• Develop story-driven content for interviews patient stories physician features executive messages event recaps educational content b-roll campaign videos and social-first content.
• Shape raw footage into clear engaging stories through strong editing pacing music selection sound bites visual sequencing and brand-aligned creative choices.
• Identify the strongest narrative angles in interviews events initiatives and campaign needs then translate them into effective multimedia content.
• Create multimedia content for web social media intranet presentations newsletters campaigns media relations and internal communications.
• Create or support motion graphics in Adobe After Effects including animated titles lower thirds transitions event graphics explainer graphics and branded visual elements.
• Use graphics captions animation and visual design elements to clarify messages support the story and improve audience engagement.
• Edit video in Adobe Premiere Pro and prepare final assets for multiple platforms and formats.
• Capture photography for events campaigns leadership needs community outreach internal communications and media relations.
• Support livestreamed or recorded events as needed including press conferences town halls leadership messages community events educational programs or internal meetings.
• Organize caption export publish and archive multimedia assets according to department standards.
• Collaborate with Marketing Communications clinical teams executives vendors and internal stakeholders while following brand privacy and approval requirements.
What You'll Bring
• Bachelor's degree in communications journalism filmmaking video production digital media graphic design animation marketing or a related field.
• Four to seven years of professional multimedia video production video editing motion graphics photography social content creation or related creative production experience.
• Strong visual storytelling skills including the ability to build a clear narrative from interviews b-roll music graphics and supporting visuals.

• Professional experience editing in Adobe Premiere Pro.

• Familiarity with accessibility practices including captions and readable on-screen graphics.
• Healthcare experience is helpful but not required.

This is not a basic videographer role or a pure editing role. You will help create story-driven video photography motion graphics social content and multimedia assets that support real people real communities and communications that matter.
The strongest candidate will be comfortable moving between creative and technical work: finding the story shaping the message editing a clean piece supporting motion graphics creating content for social platforms capturing strong visuals and delivering polished on-brand assets.
Work Environment This role is based in Fort Lauderdale FL and is 100% in-office. It may require travel between Broward Health locations off-site event locations and community outreach sites. Some early morning evening weekend or time-sensitive work may be required to support events livestreams media needs campaigns or deadlines.
